Why is talking about SEX so taboo??????
Whenever your in public with friends and someone mentions the S word most people go “ssssshhhhhh” as if you can’t openly talk about SEX.
Why? Sex is one of the most natural things a couple can do together, it shows your love for each other and gives both pleasure whilst creating an even closer emotional bond with each other.
If more people were more open and not afraid to talk about it we would all be better off. Did you know that having regular consensual orgasmic sex has the following health benefits:

· Helps regulate menstrual cycles

· Reduces the risk of endometriosis
· Helps increase fertility

· Make you appear 7-12 years younger than your age.
Teenagers in high school should be taught more about sex, once a teenager is in year 9 or 10 they are going to become curious at least. So why not arm them the facts so they can make their own informed decisions as to what they will or wont do instead of leaving it to ill informed peer group pressure to control the outcomes.
Presently they only get partial information, from people who are themselves afraid to openly talk about sex. If the teachers themselves don’t know or can’t openly talk about sex how can they competently pass the relevant information onto students.
Even if they do talk about sex to the students many teachers may have views or customs they were taught during their adolescent years some of which date back Victorian era which frowned upon many aspect of what is now seen as the norm.
Times have changed and its time students were given the up to date facts and left to make informed decisions.
Did you know that if girls were taught it’s perfectly natural and ok for them to explore their own bodies to learn what they actually enjoy. More women would be orgasmic and then when they are with a partner they can show him/her or tell him/her what they like themselves. Many women today come to our seminars having been brought up in an era where they were taught don’t touch yourself its dirty. Then once they are married their partners are expected to know what turns them on, when the woman herself doesn’t know.
Women should be taught and encouraged in their later school years to learn and explore their own body and mind as it will set them up for a healthier more full filled life. Also another finding from sexual research in the united states has found that women who regularly have orgasms during their period whether it be alone or with a partner significantly reduce the risk of developing endometriosis. Why is this not explained or taught to teenagers at school, How many women do we know that have suffered with endometriosis, how many loving married couples have tried time and time again to have a child only to find out that the problem was endometriosis.
We are trying to teach women, men and the general public to open their minds, relax, have fun and enjoy sex. Don’t be afraid to talk about sex, to discuss sex.
Everyone has sex in some form or another, yet no one wants to discuss it openly.
Don’t be scared its only a word.
